CORRECTION

In our Summer 2006 newsletter issue, a Page 2 feature incorrectly stated that the increase in the state average weekly wage (SAWW) during the 12 months ended March 31, 2006 was 5.72%. The correct figure is 4.96%. As a result, effective January 1, 2007 the maximum TTD/PTD rate will increase from $840 to $881.66 (correcting the newsletter’s "$888.05"), and the minimum TTD/PTD rate will increase from $126 to $132.25 (correcting the newsletter’s "$133.21" ). A formal correction will be published in the Fall 2006 Quarterly Review. We regret the error.
